Studio Sampler: Try-It-Out Art Session

Curious about taking an art class but not sure where to start?
Join us for a relaxed, inspiring one-hour studio sampler session—the perfect opportunity to try your hand at drawing or watercolor painting in a beautiful, welcoming space.

In this one-time session, you’ll create a simple still life inspired by a celebrated artist such as Manet or Van Gogh while enjoying light instruction, creativity, and conversation. You’ll also get a feel for the studio environment, meet the instructor (Jessica Libor), and have the chance to ask questions about upcoming classes for teens and adults.

Whether you're a complete beginner, a returning creative spirit, or a parent considering classes for your teen, this is a wonderful way to explore what’s possible.

Masters & Muses: After School Art Immersion for Teens

Twelve total sessions of art education for your teen in a 6 week, biweekly after-school art immersion for middle and high school students exploring the styles of master artists like Monet and Van Gogh through hands-on projects in watercolor and sketching.

Step into the studio and explore the world through the eyes of history’s most celebrated artists in this enriching after-school art immersion program designed for creative middle and high school students.

In this 6-week semi-private course (12 sessions total), students will be introduced to iconic painters such as Berthe Morisot, Vincent Van Gogh, Marie Laurencin, Claude Monet, and more. Each week features an engaging deep-dive into one master artist’s life, technique, and aesthetic, followed by a hands-on project inspired by their unique style.

  • Students will:
    Develop observational and creative skills through sketching and watercolor.
    Learn about the lives and legacies of key historical artists.
    Create artworks that echo the techniques and color palettes of the masters.
    Cultivate artistic voice through guided experimentation and personal expression.


A supply list will be provided for each student to purchase separately.

Private Portfolio Professional Critique Session

One-on-One | 45 Minutes | One session
In-studio (Wayne, PA) or via Zoom

Designed for emerging artists, high school juniors and seniors, or creatives of any age preparing to take the next step in their artistic journey, this private 45-minute session offers focused, high-level critique and personalized guidance to help refine your portfolio and align your artwork with your goals.

Whether you're preparing for art school admissions, residency applications, gallery submissions, or entering the professional art world, you’ll receive expert feedback on composition, concept, cohesiveness, and presentation—plus tailored recommendations on how to strengthen and position your work for success, tailored to the opportunity you are shooting for.

This session includes:
• In-depth portfolio review
• Personalized critique and guidance
• Strategic direction for next steps
• Optional discussion of artist statement, presentation, and materials

Also included is a written summary sent to the student over email.

Available in person in the Wayne, PA studio (next to Roberts Elementary School) or virtually via Zoom.

Evening Watercolor for Beginners

Unwind, explore, and awaken your creativity in this peaceful 6-week evening watercolor course designed for adult beginners or mature teens.

Each week, you’ll be guided through a new project inspired by a celebrated historic artist—ranging from figurative to abstract, and everything in between. Through these master studies, you’ll discover essential watercolor techniques like washes, layering, color mixing, and expressive brushwork, while learning time-tested tricks and approaches for stunning results.

With an emphasis on painting from nature, some sessions will include short nature walks and outdoor sketching (weather permitting), where we’ll gather inspiration from the natural world around us—just as the masters once did.

Whether you’re drawn to figures, landscapes, or expressive abstraction, this class offers a joyful and well-rounded introduction to watercolor, rooted in art history and inspired observation.

Beginning Drawing: a 6 Week Journey

Discover the joy of drawing in this relaxed, enriching 6-week evening class designed especially for adult beginners. Whether you haven’t picked up a pencil in years or you’ve always wanted to learn, this course offers a welcoming space to explore your creativity and build foundational skills with confidence.

Each session includes guided instruction, hands-on exercises, and inspiration drawn from master artists like John William Waterhouse, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Botticelli, as well as various contemporary artists. You'll learn to see like an artist—exploring light, shadow, proportion, gesture, and composition—while developing your own expressive style. We will draw from nature, master copies, and still life, while incorporating fun drawing exercises that build creative joy and self trust.

  • Expect to:
    Build essential drawing skills from the ground up.
    Explore classical and contemporary techniques.
    Learn from masterworks while exploring different drawing materials.
    Enjoy a supportive, small-group studio setting that nurtures growth and creativity.

This class is fun, pressure-free, and perfect for anyone curious about the visual arts—no experience required!

About your Instructor


Jessica Libor is a nationally recognized contemporary artist whose work blends classical technique with imaginative storytelling and themes of enchantment, nature, and feminine strength. She holds her Master of Fine Arts from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), one of the top fine art institutions in the country, where she received a merit scholarship as well as the prestigious Studio Award.

Jessica’s work has been exhibited across the U.S. and internationally, including a solo exhibition in Paris, France, and featured in Spring/Break Art Show in New York City and the Hamptons Fine Art Fair, two of the most influential art fairs in the country. She has curated dozens of exhibitions through the gallery Era Contemporary, and asked to guest curate numerous projects, supporting other visionary artists and shaping thoughtful, narrative-driven shows. Her work has also been featured in publications such as Beautiful Bizarre Magazine, Create! Magazine, and The Philadelphia Inquirer.

She has attended artist residencies in Scotland and France, and continues to be an active exhibiting artist whose paintings are collected by private and public collectors alike.

As a teacher, Jessica is passionate about helping others unlock their creative voice. She brings a wealth of technical knowledge, real-world experience, and heartfelt encouragement to each class—offering students not only skill-building, but a deeper connection to the power of art.
